Eagle District Round Table
If you don't know what's happening in Eagle District, then you haven't been to Round Table. Every unit in Eagle District should be represented each month.
Next Round Table will be March 13, 2014!
- All interested adults are invited. Every cub pack, and every troop should have at least one leader attend Round Table every single month.
- Round Table is held at the Latter Day Saints church at the corner of S. 33rd Street and Bryant in Edmond, Oklahoma.
- Round Table is held the Second Thursday of every month of the year, except for June and July.
- Round Table starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.
- Learn scouting skills, skits, songs, stories, games, crafts, and leadership training of all sorts.

2014 Pinewood Derby Race
ATTENTION ALL RACERS! Due to unforseen circumstances, the Eagle District pinewood derby race has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 8th. The cost is $7 per racer ($5 if registered in advance) to cover the trophies. All paid participants will receive a commemerative patch. Pre-registration is suggested but not required. Racer registration begins at 8am. Racing begins at 9am. All races will be finished by noon. The race is located at Westwood Church of Christ on Danforth, between Sante Fe and Western. Please be careful with the construction in front of the church. Hope to see you there!

Eagle District Camping Report
Troops and Crews are encouraged to help us maintain records of unit camping and outdoor activities each month. You can visit this link to report your units camping information.
Eagle District Awards Nomination Form
Help Eagle District recognize the outstanding volunteer service in your unit by nominating the deserving leaders of your pack, troop or crew. Nominations must be turned in by the end of the December 2014 roundtable. Turn in nomination forms to Kathy Zabloudil or Stephen Ball. Award recipients will be presented at the annual District Awards Banquet in February 2015.

Important - NEW Eagle Scout Project Workbook
Starting immediately, all life scouts earning the rank of eagle must use the new Eagle Scout project workbook. This is a universal change for all of scouting. More information about the change.

Financial Assistance is Available
Uniforms... Day Camp... Resident Camp... Summer Camp... High Adventure...
The Edmond Scout Benevolent Committee has funding available for scouting families in financial need. Please fill out the ESBC application. Contact Colleen Bicket by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (405-348-1610) or by mail (13074 S. Santa Fe, Edmond, OK 73025). When a completed application is approved, the funds will be sent directly to the unit for distribution.

Eagle District Order of the Arrow
Chapter meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 7pm at the Eagle District Roundtable at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1351 E 33rd St, Edmond OK. Be a few minutes early to help set up, and perform the flag ceremony. Check out the Eagle District Order of the Arrow website for all the latest news and updates from the Lodge.
